Walking Holidays in France
Walking is a very popular pastime in France, and particualrly in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps. Many French people go walking weekends and there are lots of walks to choose from. If you are a serious walker, there are mountains and great alpine scenery stretching for miles. Or if you prefer to take things a bit easier you can go walking in the woods, or around the beautiful Lac d'Annecy If you are new to walking holidays then you can take it easy to begin with and gradually build up distance. It is your holiday so you choose the pace.
Walk as little or as much as you like
Of course you are not obliged to go walking every day. You can go as often or as little as you like. If you do wish to go walking though, your representative can advise you on routes, take you to starting points and pick you up. We can also accompany you should you so desire (as long as you are not planning huge treks!)
