is a very popular pastime in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps.
There are plenty of climbs if you are a serious cyclist, or if you prefer
to take it easy why not cycle at a leisurely pace using the cycle track
around the beautiful Lac d'Annecy?
If you are new to cycling holidays then there is no better start than cycling
around the lake, with the mountains in the background and a picnic for lunch.
You can even take a dip in the lake to cool off. If you prefer a mountain biking holiday as opposed to cycling on cycle tracks and roads then there are also plenty of mountain bike tracks in the region (called VTT in France). Depending upon timing and location we may be able to provide you with a cycle free of charge. If not you can hire them. |
